Welcome to The Collective Tenants. Learn more about:
According to The Collective’s website, here’s what they’re all about:
With three distinct lifestyle options, an extensive social calendar and limitless amenities, you can set the bar higher to embrace every challenge.
Just one minute away from the Navy Yard Metro Station and four minutes from Capitol Hill, The Collective provides the perfect landscape to experience the energy and excitement of DC’s most desirable neighborhood. We don’t just provide convenience; we provide the opportunity to conquer.
The Collective is owned by WC Smith.
WC Smith is being sued by the District of Columbia for price gouging. Read more here.
“RealPage and the defendant landlords illegally colluded to artificially raise rents by participating in a centralized, anticompetitive scheme, causing District residents to pay millions of dollars above fair market prices,” said AG Schwalb. “Defendants’ coordinated and anticompetitive conduct amounts to a District-wide housing cartel. At a time when affordable housing in DC is increasingly scarce, our office will continue to use the law to fight for fair market conditions and ensure that District residents and law-abiding businesses are protected.”
The Collective was also mentioned in the news for the lack of safety in their expensive private garage.
